14 Day Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, you need to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us (within 14 days of receiving your order) and let us know what you are returning.
Returned items that were purchased with our Free Shipping promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. You are also responsible for paying shipping back to us. We cannot offer free shipping on exchanges; you will have to pay the shipping for these items.
How to Return
To return an item(s), please repack and return the new, unused merchandise in its original packing with all manuals, registration cards and packing materials. Items must be in 100% re-sellable condition in order for us to accept the return. Please include a copy of your email explaining what you want to return. You will be refunded the cost of the product.
The cost of shipping is your responsibility. To ensure that the product gets safely back to us, please insure it with a reliable carrier – USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep your receipt and tracking number in the event there is damage while it is getting shipped back to us. Preggie Baby Boutique is not responsible for damaged or lost items.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original, re-sellable condition.

What Products are NOT Returnable?
For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be re-sold and therefore are not refundable and not returnable. These items include: pregnancy pillows, baby pillows, undergarments, feeding accessories, breast pumps, candies, bottle feeding products, thermometers, pacifiers, potty training and accessories. We cannot accept returns on anything opened and used.
