Free Shipping On Orders Over $35
We offer free ground shipping within the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) on purchases over $35. We also offer expedited shipping on most of our products. However, on some items, we work with the manufacturer’s factories to drop ship it directly to you – our customers. These items cannot be expedited. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
Most merchandise and products are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping time can take up to 7 business days, depending on your location in the United States.
We do not have handling charges. So your free shipping is free, over $35 without any extra fees.
We ship globally with a flat fee of $95. However, when we actually ship the products, if the shipping cost is dramatically more expensive than this, we will let you know via email.
The availability listed on product pages are only estimates and not always 100% accurate. While a majority of our products are in stock in large quantities, they may occasionally be back-ordered. If there are delays in shipment, we will inform you via email. If you need a product by a certain time, please contact us via email or phone prior to making your order.
If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email to let you know that your product is on backorder. You can still buy backordered products and we will ship it to you the moment that it is available. Our customer service team will notify you through email when your product has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take extreme care when packing your products to ensure that they arrive to you in safe and excellent condition. In the event that your products arrive and they are defective or damaged, please notify us immediately (either call or text us at 615-422-7123, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org). Please send us a photo of the damaged product via email, and we will arrange a replacement or a credit/refund. All notifications must be made within 7 business days of receiving your products.
Changing an Order
For a majority of our products, we will ship within one business day. You cannot change your order if it has already been shipped and the package is en route to their destination.
If you want to make changes to an order, please email us immediately. We will let you know whether or not it is possible to change your order.
If the order has already been shipped, you must return it in accordance with our Return/Exchange policy.
